Elsalahi finshed this amazing work in 1984 as one way to protest the crimes of the Numeri's regime and the injustice across the Sudan.
As if he was prdicting what will happen, less than a year after this painting the 1985 Intifada exploded all over Sudan to end the 16-year era of the dictator Numeri's regime.
